MOVING INTO ADULTHOOD Becoming an adult can be really daunting, it’s a time when responsibility is gained and having the skills and resilience to deal with living independently is vitally important. That is without dealing with the emotional ups and downs adulthood can bring. We understand that at this time life can be very stressful, and as such we support you in a unique way. We know that no two people need the same support, and because of this we listen to you and design a package of support with you that helps to support you through this transition. It may be that you are leaving care and need additional support to secure a home, setup and pay your bills, learn independent living skills, and transition from the leaving care team into the community, or, you may have some additional needs and need the support to transition, learn new skills and achieve your goals. Whatever your require we support you to make the changes allowing for sustainable change with you in the driving seat making informed choices. We work with individuals in a unique way to ensure that skills are shared and learnt to enable you to be as independent as possible. This may include learning how to manage a home, household bills, medical services, education and or work, plus many more things that are important. In short we support you with what you need when you need it.
