Bought a course for the sunbeds. Been in 3 times since to use them and each time there are no staff at reception just and number to call to get hold of them. Called the number and the phone is at reception ringing with no-one there to answer it. What brilliant staff and customer service

Really bad management and poor admin. Takes WEEKS TO CANCLE the membership. Stay away. The membership is handled by a company called Ashbourne. They have no phone number for the members only takes email from the members which takes at least 24 hours to reply. It took me 1 month to cancel the membership. The gym’s admin was so bad too. They had both my name and email wrong which made it impossible for me to find my membership number to cancel the membership. =====Reply to the owner's response...

I joined this gym on a three month trial and selected it specifically to use the Jacuzzi. Unfortunately three weeks in to my membership the Jacuzzi broke down and was never fixed during my membership. The owner tried hard to get it fixed but there appeared to be some major problems which caused long delays. Although very disappointing, I guess this cannot be helped, however when I emailed the management team to request my membership be frozen until the Jacuzzi was fixed, I received absolutely...

Positives for her are the staff in this place are very welcoming, the place is quite clean overall and when something breaks they usually have it fixed pretty quickly. The equipment is in great shape, there's a very friendly atmosphere in there and there's lots of parking(after 5 on weekdays). I think it's good value for money too. Negatives for me is there's not too much equipment, only one bench press, no squat rack (just a smiths one and a leg press), no machine for calves, no free weight ...

I have trained at nearly all the gyms around Cambridge since moving here 15 years ago and this gym is the cleanest, most polite staff and professionally managed health club yet with great cafe bar with indoor and outdoor seating. I am really enjoying training here and meeting new people. Keep up the good work.
