The friendliest gym I have ever been to, the staff and members are so welcoming and kind, I started knowing nobody and now feel like I am part of something. Inspire has made it so easy for me to continue to reach my goals with a variety of classes and at such a reasonable price. Highly recommended this wonderful place

What a great place to train, no judgements at all, the instructors are amazing and the classes are fun and aimed at all levels. The others members made me feel so welcome straight away and I felt I had been a part of it for ages. The best part is that everybody encourages you, from Imogen, instructors and members. It is all about enjoyment and results. Thank you all for the support.

This gym is a great place to be. Small enough to create a fantastic feeling of team and support for individual needs, but large enough to cater for whatever you need from your gym! The trainers are all enthusiastic and professional and Imogen's 'can do' personal touch is infectious. I highly recommend this gym. Everyone welcome!

I have been part of the Inspire journey since it was born. Such a awesome space. There is no judgement as soon as you walk through the door just a group of like minded people who like to keep fit. There is so much laughter and it gives you a great feeling when you have completed the class. The instructors are the best in Norfolk. There is something for everyone to try.
