Claire is an amazing yoga teacher, excelling at empathy and challenging you on a level which encourages growth in your practice. She created a bespoke programme which addressed my limitations and improved my state of mind during a highly stressful time. She is intuitive and grounding. 100% recommended for group or one-on-one work.
