About Innovation Delivery Team
The Hub is designed to support and work with the wider Care Sector (homecare, residential, supported living and nursing homes) across Older People, Physical Disability, Learning Disability and Mental Health, to improve engagement, identify issues and barriers that are affecting good quality care provision and provide information and advice on new business models, growth, recruitment, retention and sustainability. The hub will provide care sector focused support, including learning and development opportunities and support for managers. We work in partnership with Skills for Care, Health Education England, Kent Integrated Care Alliance (KICA), Kent Community Health Foundation Trust (KCHFT), Kent and Medway Partnership Trust (KMPT) and NHS England to improve quality in care, sustainability and innovation within the care sector. The Hub is supported by the NHS Kent and Medway STP Local Workforce Action Board.
