What a great night! I organized a wine & cheese tasting for a group of work colleagues. Jacinta was engaging and welcoming, always ready to answer our questions. We tried some unusual wines from Greece, Spain and France as well as a superb Australian sweet wine. I went to an Inflorescence wine and cheese tasting evening. You really should too! Cheese is always a bonus but in this case it’s a clever way to introduce you to some of the principles behind what affects the flavour of wine.
