I have had PT sessions with George over the last couple months outside and now able to enter the gym and have really enjoyed them, making you feeling stronger and energised. As you get older I feel staying fit is important, and pleased I made the choice to go to a professional and very friendly gym.

Friendly, clean and non-intimidating gym with professional and experienced staff always ready to give you a helping hand. With a vast range of good quality equipment, indoor and outdoor exercise space and various membership options, it is definitely a place worth visiting. Highly recommended.

If it's hard to find motivation to go to gym, well this is the place. It isn't big gym, but you can find all what you need. Everyone knows each other. You always can get tips from member of staff for free :) Price is good as well
