Best powerlifting/strongman gym in Leeds. Friendly and knowledgeable staff and the members are top tier. Can get busy in the evenings but just ask if you can share the equipment and people will always say yes. Would definitely recommend to others!

Cracking gym with great strongman and powerlifting equipment! I went down to test some of the equipment I will be using for my next competition. They even have a steam room/sauna!

Good gym with quality equipment with a great community. Gym is fairly quiet and a good place to train in a stress free environment. Staff are friendly and nice too look at too

Visited for the first time yesterday. I was extremely impressed by the amount & quality of kit they had. I didn't explore too much, but the part of the gym I trained in was full of lifting platforms, calibrated plates & strongman kit. There appeared to be a full set of Atlas stones in the adjoining room, & there were log press bars of various sizes in the main room - they seem to have literally every type of bar & accessory you could want to use in any of the strength sport disciplines.

A lovely atmosphere with extremely helpful staff. The equipment is in good condition and there is enough to go round. Equipment tends to be classic strength building but there are also bikes, rowing machines and a cross country ski machine for cardio. The classes are usually busy but numbers are kept small so pre-booking is advised. The classes tends to be in the outside area, which is fully covered and nicely decorated.
