I had my rewind therapy with Sharon early June I spoke with her previously and told her that I had a fear of flying and every time we booked a holiday or when we were due to go away I would be ill. I was fortunate enough to spend some time as a counsellor with Impact and it was not only a pleasure but also inspiring to see all of the great things Impact does both in terms of helping to improve the mental health of those who access the service, but also the things it does within the community it provides service to such as very welcoming support groups, working in schools and providing support to families in hard times. I feel lucky to have got to know Sharon, Lee and the rest if the team.

This is a very close-knit and passionate team who go the extra mile for everyone who walks through their doors. I have experienced brilliant teaching on the course for level 3 training in education, I have witnessed huge compassion and empathy from the staff to their clients and learners. I have just completed a Mental Health course with Impact Northeast. I have a physical disability so I was a little apprehensive when I first started in-case I could not keep up with the class / course work and got left behind. However, I need not have worried; both David and Lorraine always offered solutions to overcome any of my problems. Nothing seemed a chore to help me.
