I have been coming for boxing training sessions for the past 3 months and it has been one of the best decisions choosing Impact Gym. As soon as you step inside the gym you see all the world class fighters Jaman has trained over the years. Jaman is an amazing coach pushing you to your limit every session whilst working on technique and fitness equally. Classes cater for all levels from beginners to those looking to fight competitively. Clean, bright, friendly environment with a well-equipped gym workout area and a dedicated boxing and Thai boxing space which hosts daily classes in the evening for children and adults. The membership rates are cheap too. I highly recommend those living in Rochdale and beyond to check it out if you are looking to get into shape and needing guidance.

Jaman is one of the humble teachers I’ve met. He’s teaches my son Danny who has been training for almost 3 years with him. He fights for the club. The change I’ve seen in my sons behaviour and progress in his studies are amazing. How positive, confident and focus towards his life he is. Have to say the gym is very clean, ran professionally, very well organised and the atmosphere is so welcoming. The prices are reasonable to. Jaman yours doing a great job with the kids.
