I went to a day long workshop at ikigai yesterday to explore and learn about spirit guides, moving energy, reiki and all things spiritual. I had the most enjoyable day. Nicola organised it all brilliantly, from offering Croissant and coffee to start, through to giving us all gift bags with thoughtful little presents to take home.
