  • Ihsaan is an exceptional fitness coach who not only focused on changing my boring gym routines to make them more enjoyable, while getting me the results but also helped in building my small but consistent habits that gained postive long term lifestyle changes. He has a wealth of knowledge and was always on hand for support. I enjoyed the nutritional plans very much with a large variety of meals and recipes not just for me but the whole family.
