Nice enough bridle but no where on the advert was it stated that the bridle had a crank noseband, package got delayed by the carriers. Probably won’t order again

I have been buying off Ice equestrian since June 2019 and all their products are super high quality! Their saddle pads made with a breathable meshing underneath keeping my horses cool and dry, 4 of my sets are sparkly and 1 plain grey one. Quality products perfect for standing out in a crowd

Not the best experience from this company and I won’t be ordering again. I ordered a browband at the beginning of March that arrived a few days later, with missing and dirty stones. I was told I could return, so I did however the company then didn’t reply to my emails for 3 days. When they reply they’d said they’d posted a replacement out.
