Ian Marsh Music Tuition

Highly recommend Ian, my daughter has been having lessons for a few years now and loves it.

He taught me, how to take up fewer space on the stage.

Ian took me from beginner at 15 to strumming along to my favourite songs and finally to being able write, record and play my own songs including bass and piano parts. Unfortunately the talent scouts haven't discovered me yet, but I can't blame him for that! Ian was always professional and tailored my lessons to suit exactly what I wanted at the time, from preparing for exams to reading music and learning pieces for performances, always with a friendly nature and lots of patience!

I was having guitar lessons at school with Ian from the age of 14 and then privately from 15 until 17. I learned so much from him. He was professional but could have a laugh and a joke with you at the same time. The price of the lessons was very good and well worth it. Ian also gave me the confidence to perform in front of people and he tailors lessons based on what music you like. I would definitely recommend him as a teacher.

I have been having guitar lessons with Ian for over five years now and in that time I feel like my technique and playing ability has greatly improved and still continues to improve. His lessons are fun and Ian is a great and friendly guy. Thanks to him I am now playing guitar at grade 8 standard, have achieved a diploma in college studying music and I’m now studying for a degree at university.
