Hello, my name is Fred Kressaty, I am an experienced Coaching Professional, who specializes in working with individuals, couples, families and professionals who are ready to be empowered and make positive life changes. My goal is helping people get "unstuck" from overwhelming negative thoughts by learning ways to effectively adapt to life's challenges while staying true to their values. I believe each of us deserves a more awake, purposeful, joyful, and fulfilling life. I have earned a Masters Degree in Marriage and Family Counseling from Liberty University, an MBA from Pepperdine University and BA in Sociology from St. Francis College.
