absolutely amazing place to train, after my first visit, I decided this is where I want to train, cant imagine training anywhere else, great atmosphere and very friendly and accommodate for different age ranges, top notch
what great place . no one left out don't matter of your skill level . all the staff are friendly and you made to feel welcome. Shaun is great with young kids making training fun and interesting. can't recomend them enough young old or like me mid life crisis . I made friends for life .
Been going to Shauns gym for years doing one to one s enjoying it more now than ever .Shaun is a fantastic teacher and a throughly nice bloke .I ve watch him training the kids and he s great would totally recomend him .
