Worst experience ever, went to a surprise 40th birthday party here yesterday and one of the staff members here was so rude I think his name was Mick, we asked him if he could turn the lights off as it was a suprise and he got funny about it telling us we would have to ask someone else to do it because he wouldn’t, at one point at the party my girlfriend went to the bar and he said he wouldn’t serve her even though she bad ID and he said if she wouldn’t move from the bar he would kick her out,...

I run Slimming World groups here Friday 9.30 & 11.00am. Frankie and the staff are amazing, they're very helpful and really look after myself and my members. The venue is perfect for me and there concert room looks fantastic
