  • Beware, unsafe facilities. I was attending hydro with both of my dogs and was asked by the owner to leave out of the back exit due to another dog arriving, she said she would walk us all out, it was totally pitch black and she gave us no warning that the back entrance is dangerous due to a big drop directly outside of the door near the ramp. As a result of no warning, my eldest dog who suffers with hip dysplasia slipped and fell down the big drop with heavy impact onto his back, totally count...

  • We started taking our Border Terrier Archie for treadmill sessions at House of Hound about a year ago to work on strength and build muscle in one of Archie’s hind legs. The facilities are fantastic and all of the staff are patient, friendly, caring and knowledgable. They clearly love all of the dogs they work with and adapt sessions to suit the individual needs of each one. I’m so glad we found Victoria and House of Hound hydro and would recommend them to everyone.

  • We’ve had a few treadmill sessions now here for our dog Harper. She’s nervous and easily excited. Zoe and Louisa have just been amazing with her. Really friendly and professional! We are so pleased with her progress so far. Harper enjoys coming to the sessions especially for the treats at the end! Would highly recommend! Thank you! x

The first appointment we did, Solomon was a nervous wreck. They did not push him to do anything he didn't like and instead took their time to befriend him an...

My harbour is House of Hounds. He is been on physiotherapy, laser therapy and hydrotherapy for the last 8 months and he’s improving. This is the result of our effort at home but essentially to the priceless professional skills and support of Victoria, Nicola, Lisa and Louisa. They are not just professionals, they care ab...
