Horton Training

All successful safety programs include an organized training schedule and industry-leading programs spread the training out over the course of a year rather than cramming all of the training into several days just once every year. Safety training is one of the four pillars of OSHA’s employee misconduct defense that will help relieve employers of compliance liabilities caused by an employee’s failure to comply with safety procedures. All safety training provided is documented for clients with copies scanned and maintained in Horton Safety Consultant’s network. Services include comprehension testing to help verify and demonstrate the effectiveness of the training provided. Training is provided at a date, time, and location most convenient for the client and can be scheduled at a Horton training facility in Orland Park, IL or Waukesha, WI.
