Horning Sailing Club

Didn't go for the sailing but the Thatched cottages Plenty of them.

Great location, very friendly members, well organized, nice clubhouse too.

I was a member of Horning Sailing Club when I was (much) younger. It was a very friendly place to sail with a great variety of racing , from around the cans in the broad, to laps on the river close to the club, to full scale down river races with a stop for lunch at Thurne and Acle. I have just joined again, and found found same friendly, interesting place to sail. We'll worth considering if you are new to sailing or coming back to it.

Visiting to watch my grandson race. Warm club house. Very attentive adults with the youngsters. Good facilities.

Beautiful part of the Norfolk Broads. Would recommend stopping here for a bite to eat.
