Very happy with the service. Placed an order but had a subsequent queries to make sure the wine arrived in time for some friends coming over. They were dealt with brilliantly both on the web chat and phone. Order arrived on time and was very safely packaged up. Would definitely recommend to anyone who's buying wine online.

just spent far too long listening to their Customer Service music and getting no answer on the online chat on their website. I bought £728 of wine from them on 2 July and it has never been delivered. Thankfully paid by credit card so will now organise a chargeback as they seem impossible to get an answer from. Buyer beware when dealing with them - if I could give 0 not 1 I would.

We ordered Spectator Santa's Selection and Spectator Wine Club French Christmas. Both of these arrived in excellent condition, well packaged and the following day of the order being placed.
