  • I started going to see James to lose weight and get some fitness back after hip surgery. James' attention to detail, research and knowledge of what works, what doesn't work is second to none. Session are varied and fun, but always with a clients goals in mind. I would highly recommend James to anyone looking to get fitter and healthier in a safe and friendly environment.

  • I joined Home Fit and Healthy Personal Training in August 2022 and I am just amazed with the progress I have made in such as short amount of time. I attend weekly sessions and really enjoy the structure of each sessions. James has an incredible knowledge and understanding of fitness and is very supportive in ensuring that you are meeting your goals and personal targets.   • I have been training with James for the past year and he is very knowledgeable. The sessions are focused and enjoyable. My aim was to build all round and core strength with a focus on injury resilience as I start to hit my mid 40's.
