Started just over a month ago and it’s a fantastic place to train. I had no prior Mauy Thai / Kickboxing experience so the beginner class allowed me to pick up the fundamentals very quickly. Now I am going to two sessions a week and hope to up it to 3 in the near future. Jay is a great teacher and has a wealth of experience. I’d recommend anyone who in interested to join at all levels.

Honestly cannot recommend this gym enough!! I’ve been training with Jay for a couple of years now and both my daughters also train in the junior and infant classes and we all absolutely love it!! Jay is so welcoming, very knowledgable and great with the kids, you learn so much here but have fun and get fit all at the same time. Everyone who trains here is so lovely, it’s like a big K1 Muay Thai family! You’d be mad to go anywhere else!
