  • I joined Tom’s 6 week beginners group to ease myself back into exercise and it was exactly what I needed. Tom designed each session to slowly build our strength and confidence. Each session was developed to be just the right mix of being challenging and yet achievable. With Tom’s amazing PT style, I have regained my love of training and look forward to seeing my progression in the main group. Tom, thank you for being encouraging and supportive.

  • Honestly cannot speak highly enough of Tom and Outdoor Olympia. Having just completed the 6 week beginner group, Tom has given me my confidence back. Even after sustaining an injury, Tom tailored my workouts to make sure I was still achieving something. Tom is by far the best PT I have ever worked with and so cannot recommend him enough. I am now continuing my journey into the big group, and could not have done this without Toms support.

  • I joined a month ago and love the outdoor sessions. Tom and the other instructors always vary the sessions with a mix of cardio and strength. I go to the morning sessions and it sets you up for the day. I find I make healthier choices for the rest of the day. It’s a great group of people, lots of support and banter, and that really adds to the motivation. Everyone made me feel welcome from day 1.

  • I tried the free month offer at Outdoor Olympia after recommendations from a couple of members. After attending my first session I was not disappointed; each session is varied with excellent knowledgeable instructors; you are made to feel welcome and at ease by the instructors and members. There are 4 morning sessions and 4 evenings sessions per week which is excellent value for money. If you are wanting to get fit and have fun then I would highly recommended.
