Hillingdon Bjj

We are a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu club based in Hayes Town. Run by Head Coach Rodger Middleton, a 2nd degree black belt, and his daughter Fiona Middleton, also a black belt. Our goal has always been to provide an atmosphere where everyone feels comfortable to learn and improve. We are proud of the supportive community that we have created and believe that with the right atmosphere and guidance we can help people achieve their goals.

We cater for hobbyists as well as competitors, and we also have a very strong kids programme. So whether it’s your goal to improve your fitness, compete or even if you just want to learn a new skill, come and check us out to see if we are the right fit for you.

We have space for new members, including kids and adults. We provide classes exclusively for women. Your first class is free.
