Really friendly people and a great location... really looking forward to being a member and getting up in the air.

Biased opinion, as I'm a member here. The farthest north gliding club in the UK, with wave, thermal and ridge flying, excellent set of instructors and 900 metres of grass runway, as well as a friendly clubhouse where we'll have our own simulator early next year.

Very friendly club, great atmosphere and well equipped. Newly reinforced grass strip, roughly 800m.
