He knows how to make us more performant and improve our physical qualities. Glad to have a coach in the team with so much knowledge.

  • Nathan is a very experienced and well equipped PT. We started doing boxing sessions with him 5 years ago. After 2 years we moved to full PT sessions where our kids also had separate work outs with him both indoors and outdoors. We would highly recommend him for your personal training ambitions for which he would definitely come up with a bespoke plan.
