Hickleton Golf Club

Played today with friends and throughly enjoyed it. Most courses we have played recently were on temporary greens, and boggy fairways, non of that at Hickleton and the greens are in great condition given the poor weather we have had. Staff were helpful and friendly Booked again for next week

Varied holes, decent test of golf, friendly members, good food. Golf course in great condition. What more do you want?

Fantastic golf course. In really good condition, hilly and very scenic. Members are very friendly as are all the staff. Good food in the clubhouse.

I played Hickleton on Friday 5th August as a visiting member of a golf society. I thought the course was in excellent condition and great to look at. The food was first class and the catering and bar staff were very friendly and professional. It was a fantastic day out, Thank you very much.

Really disappointing that the green fees now seem to reflect a course that no longer represents vfm. £35 per round midweek in an area surrounded by some highly deprived communities does nothing to promote the game and shed it's elitist image. There is clearly delusions of grandeur or arrogance or shear brass neck at play. For that price I would expect a pretty immaculate course, which it certainly wasn't. Wouldn't mind so much if it had decent drainage! Won't be rushing back, at that price. E...
