Hi Energy Dance Academy

My daughter has been at this dance academy since she was a 'Tiny Tot'... seven years later she still absolutely loves it. The teachers are amazing and the bond the children have is wonderful. Highly recommend this academy for anyone thinking of getting their children into dance. 5 stars isn't' enough!!

A super fitness centre. I have just completed a 12 week transformation programme. The knowledge, understanding and enthusiasm of the owner and staff are second to none. PT sessions are exactly that, truely personalised. Over the past 12 weeks my fitness levels have increased and my relationship with food is healthier than it has been in almost 40 years. If you want something extra from a gym, I would seriously recommend you have a look here.

I cannot recommend this dance academy enough! My daughter has been going here for quite sometime now and loves it. It has helped her confidence grow so much. All abilities catered for with many different dance classes and amazing teachers.

My daughters have attended Hi Energy Dance Academy for over 13 years. An excellent place for anyone wanting to start a new hobby or compete in Freestyle dance. Highly recommended.
