I was unsure if my new stove had been registered by the installer and if my certificate was being processed. So I contacted Heatas to find out. Angela dealt with my questions swiftly and in a very professional manner, for which I was very grateful. My stove is registered and the certificate is being sent this week. Thank you Angela.
