I was training here for eight months before I relocated and my only regret was that I didn't come here sooner. Fun classes (which will often push you to your limits), friendly classmates, passionate teachers who give you clear and constructive criticism when needed and there is a wide variation of classes to choose from. Whether you are experienced or a beginner this is the place to further develop your skills in martial arts.

Excellent place to learn many martial arts at any level. Also great workouts. Relaxed and fun atmosphere. Great trainers.

My 6 years old son has been a member for 2 years now and always looking forward to his next class. Recommend.
