I had a brilliant experience at Hereford Town fc, good pitch ( AstroTurf), and other top facilities for fans.

Today I went groundhopping at Hertingfordbury Park, where I saw Royston Town win 6-0 against Hertford Town in a pre-season friendly. The ground itself looks fairly old fashioned, the main stand looks unique and there being a decent view from the terrace behind the goal. The staff at Hertford Town were friendly and helpful, as it always is great to see non-league clubs having a dedicated group of volunteers. Old fashioned in parts although a new plastic pitch, pitch fencing and floodlights have been installed. Spectator facilities are adequate for the level. Parking limited. Very friendly and cheerful volunteers. I enjoyed it, it is an unlikely semi rural setting with a railway viaduct behind one end.

Nice ground. Visited to watch Hoddesdon Town v Clapton in the FA Cup.
