Here & Now Yoga

Toni lead an incredible session for my friends' hendoo, at the cottage we had rented by a lake. From start to finish it was a dream working with Toni to organise this and she created the most beautiful session for a complete range of participants, from those who had never done Yoga, to those who regularly do Yoga. And Toni brought a little surprise semi-precious stone for each participant to do a short meditation with at the end - this was such a gorgeous touch, thank you so much! We all thor...

We have a fortnightly session with Here and Now Yoga and Toni always plans each session very efficiently and the children look forward to the visits and have lots of fun.

I can thoroughly recommend this Yoga teacher, I have been taking classes for over a year and have noticed the difference in my posture, well being and confidence. The classes are good value for money and the locations generally spacious. The exercises are easy to learn, you can work as hard or as gently as you need to with assistance if required readily available and forthcoming from Toni the Yoga teacher who is always watching out for those who need support.
