This yoga studio is in the most beautiful and brilliant place, set in beautiful surroundings with the perfect space to practice yoga. Sarah is a brilliant teacher too, I’m here nearly every day sometimes twice a day, I love it !

A beautiful setting, a comfortable and welcoming studio, great teachers and a wide variety of classes for all abilities.

I have taught Qi Gong classes at the Henham Yoga Sudio - it's the perfect venue for energy work with a great vibe, beautiful location and all the facilities you would expect.
