Very nice place....very friendly

Out rightly refuses to take on new members without being suggested by another member. This I understand and accept. Unfortunately when a member of staff talks to you the way one spoke to me I cannot understand how they have any members. "We have been here for over 100years. You need us more than we need you". I believe that was one of the lines he used. Arrogant, without compassion and rude. I really hope that the service changes once you're in!
