Help With Hounds

We attended the Puppy classes and a 6 week course of follow on classes. The classes were really good and full of useful information. Matt made the extra effort to adapt the sessions to each dog as needed depending on their progress and the type of exercises he was running in that session. He was always happy to answer any questions and would even stop to answer extra questions after the sessions if he could. Would definitely recommend.

We previously struggled with our 6 month old puppy's anxiety outside the house, but we found the format and training at Matt's classes helped us make huge progress from the very first session and as a result we now have an extremely confident and outgoing dog! Having tried numerous trainers prior to Matt, I can safely say he is head and shoulders above the rest and would strongly recommend to anybody.. we wish we had found him sooner!

Matt was recommended to us and we would highly recommend him too! We chose to have one to one sessions for help with our Bernese Mountain Dog puppy. Matt is very calm and friendly and has huge knowledge and skills. He helped give us the confidence to manage the challenges we were facing and gave us the tools to train him.

I have a young boxer dog who doesn't seem to listen to many commands so I was quite nervous to join the group training classes that Matt runs but instantly felt really comfortable as Matt has excellent tips for crazy dogs like mine. Sometimes you don't remember everything from the training sessions but Matt emails you weekly so you can practice at home. Both my dog and I enjoyed going each week and I still have a crazy boxer but now he listens and reacts appropriately which is amazing.

We have just completed the 6-week puppy course. The classes are excellent, well-structured and good fun. Matt is very knowledgeable and clearly enjoys teaching the classes - his love of dogs shines through. The lessons are a good mixture of training exercises and important/useful information about caring for and looking after your pup.
