Support both the employer and the employee throughout their first 12 months together. ⭐ The Your People Partners Story In the early years of my recruitment career (backing the 1990s 🥸), I grew tired of the outdated methods most recruiters still use to find candidates. That was in the first week of my first recruitment job in Bristol, England. 🇺🇸 After being headhunted to a recruitment start-up making full use of the new-fangled world-wide-web, I moved to Chicago, USA to launch a new recruitment office. The timing wasn’t quite right though as the new office opened one day before Sep 11th 2001. Back in the UK in 2002, and after another interesting recruitment start-up experience, marriage and motherhood came knocking. Along with this came some rather challenging years with our child, who had cancer at the age of 3.
