Lovely beginners yoga session. Really liked the Shavasana at the end and thank you for the international woman’s day well wishes ☺️

Caroline was incredible , i was quite nervous and not sure what to expect , but was really quickly put at ease , what she did with acupuncture was truly incredible , my sciatica was so much better ….a magician at work for sure

Today I had a 90 minute deep tissue massage and some acupuncture treatment from Caroline. Excellent service, friendly, comfortable and extremely relaxing. I would highly recommend this clinic.

Felt so lucky to have this on my doorstep during my pregnancy. Pregnancy yoga was amazing, and so relaxing. Claire is very knowledgeable and went out of her way to provide advice and a friendly ear and even followed up once I’d had my little girl ♥️

I do pregnancy yoga here and I would recommend it to anyone. Lovely space in a village setting. The class is always very professional and claire is helpful and attentive to all aspects of her job. I will definitely be trying out other treatments/classes in the future.
