  • It was a wonderful experience to meet Ana and her Healdance class was great fun. Gentle dance practice with mindfulness in the end, highly recommended especially for those with health issues that want to enjoy safe dancing experience.

  • Healdance is a great way to exercise and help your mobility with her gentle but challenging exercise session. Then you learn easy to follow dance routines with a friendly group. It's fun but you come away feeling better. Health, fun and sociable. One of my favourite times of the week.

Ana is a wonderful and graceful facilitator and she taught us a simple choreography in each lesson, then a set of stretching exercises, which I have used daily since.
