I have memories of when my mum would get my sisters and I to dance around our living room with wild abandon every time the Friends theme tune would come on and how much that tiny little bit of silliness would stop any chance of taking life or ourselves too seriously. Movement can be a way to wake us up when we get caught up in stress or monotony, to make our day a little lighter and brighter. That being said, I do take my job very seriously and am consistently learning, training and planning - I take it seriously so you don't have to!
