A beautiful spot. Quite and relaxing and close to the Fort earthworks. A fabulous spot to start a gentle Chiltern walk.

It was a good day, very welcoming as usual while complying with the covid social distancing mandate.

Open countryside. Like traveling back in time. A few houses, a pub and a cricket club.

Perfect village cricket green with small but well appointed pavilion. Friendly club, decent standard of cricket, good teas and pretty barmaid. No better way to spend a Sunday.
