Overall bad experience. My daughter had about 2 years of piano lessons at her school through HMS. During lockdown we had to pay for one month's tuition because they couldn't cancel the direct debit in time. Now my daughter is back at school, HMS can only offer online tuition due to the pandemic. My daughter doesn't want zoom lessons so we cancelled but they are refusing to refund April's tuition fees when there were no lessons. Very rude when communicating and not professional.

Brilliant all round! Both of my children have developed a love of music thanks to the dedication and hard work of the staff.

My daughter enjoyed her violin lessons throughout junior school and had a good teacher. But now she is off to secondary and they don't seem to teach violin in ANY of the schools nearby, contrary to what they say on their website, and can only offer her a lesson on one particular day after school, with a teacher she doesn't know, and at double the price! The only day they can offer is on the same day she's supposed to do orchestra and theory. Not sure when she'll be able to eat or do her homew...
