Haverfordwest Golf Club

Fantastic course in a stunning part of the world, some tricky holes for your average golfer (as we are). Long enough par 4s/5s to put distance between groups.

Very friendly and welcoming to both visiting adults and juniors. Course well maintained. Food very very good and reasonably priced.

Great local golf course and the committee are working extremely hard to improve the club’s fortunes, and they have good facilities there now. I’ve just read another review about dog walkers, though. Dogs are not allowed on the course, because as always, someone always spoils it for others and the course has been left in a state before. If you don’t know before, you know now. Course seemed pretty wet considering it was early September. Felt like winter rules should be the norm considering how wet the course was. Co vid obviously affecting the club with no bar open afterwards . Was expecting a bit more but will probably play it again some day hopefully when weather is better.

Went as a Visitor over Easter Weekend. Found the Club to be very well maintained and generally had a very good time. Will recommend it any time.
