Decent range of equipment for the size of the gym. Atmosphere is positive and staff are friendly.

Hadn't actually used the keep fit area as I only attend for the basketball courts. However, all the amenities I have seen, and the courts I have visited are excellent. The whole experience is first class from reception to planning and using the facilities.
