I've been going there once a week since I was 8, it's really helpful and the instructors and kind and understanding. You learn all the basics and you if you do not know something, they will help explain it to you. They are very reasonably priced too. They do classes 7 days a week and have many different times and styles (karate, judo, mma). It has a great location as I it very near the Rayners Lane tube station and bus stop. They are lots of parking spaces too. I would recommend it to everyon...
