  • Great workout routines. The most I’ve ever sweated in the gym! Enjoyed the different range of routines and plans available so never felt like I got bored in the gym. Harj himself was extremely knowledgeable and gave great advice on form and diet plans. When I got injured during football he was able to adapt the workout plan so I could allow my injury to heal but still go gym and lose weight. Highly recommend.
