Happy You Yoga

I have been suffering with depression and chronic pain for a few years now, and struggled to find an exercise that would help, but not also hinder me. I knew my wife had been to a couple of sessions with Georgina, so when I spotted the outside classes during lockdown, I asked if I could go along with her. I started yoga during the first lockdown on zoom Georgina is a lovely person explains everything move I have also had a few 2 to 1 lessons and am happy that I am in the correct positions After lockdown I was lucky enough to join in live sessions which were excellent Now back on zoom but still enjoying it Great teacher great personality
