Often there is very little time to think about who we actually are and what we want from life. I’ve been there. Feeling like I’d ticked all the boxes, while simultaneously feeling overwhelmed and underwhelmed by by life. It can be hard to carve out time in our hectic lives to even think about what we’re doing over the weekend never mind considering what we want from our life/career/ business.
