I joined Hammers around 6 months ago and it was the best decision. They are a great bunch of friends. The set-up is professional yet the coaching is designed to work for every skill level, from beginner to seasoned player. The social element is so integral and every Thursday there’s free food at the local, 8 Bells. For sure a welcoming and inclusive women’s rugby club.

Hammers is the best rugby club I have ever trained for. Even though is a contact sport, they are 100% inclusive, welcoming and friendly in a non-intimidating environment. There are no distinctions between nationalities, colours or religions. We are all one here. I'm looking forward to every single training session. Totally recommend to everyone.

I am so glad I joined Hammersmith and Fulham Women’s team. We have two Women’s teams who are all very friendly and welcoming but also play a great standard of rugby. The three coaches are all excellent and value player development and enjoyment. A great place to play rugby whether you’re new or experienced, there’s a place for everyone!

It was the best decision I ever made turning up for a training session at Hammers. I joined never having played rugby 4 years ago, and am now running out for the 1st team, and I love it. There is a fun but professional environment built by the players and the coaches and is (in my opinion) the best women's rugby club in London.

The womens rugby division at Hammers is absolutely outstanding. The 3 coaches provide varied training sessions and help us get match ready! With 2 teams in leagues there is always the option to play at a very competitive level and I’ve certainly made friends for life
