  • I’m so glad I made the decision to start training with Hannah! From the start she has been so supportive and encouraging, in just a few months I have made so much progress and learned so much about weight training after starting with no knowledge at all. I have also gained so much confidence in the gym and also in my personal self. Hannah is also very flexible and always has a time to suit me. I highly recommend!
